Special Event

from 21 - 24 April 2005 the 3rd International Linux Audio Conference takes place at ZKM (Zentrum für Kunst und Medientechnologie) Karlsruhe. The conference programme can be found here:

The DEGEM Webradio will provide live streaming in ogg/vorbis format of two concerts that take place in the ZKM Kubus:
Thursday 20:00 CEST (UTC+2)
Saturday 20:00 CEST (UTC+2)
In the concerts pieces will be presented that where created using Linux and/or open source software:






  • Live Video (ca 500 kbit/sec)

  • Live Audio - high quality (ca 112 kbit/sec)

  • Live Audio - low quality (ca 36 kbit/sec)

    Please note that due to royalties issues, only up to 25 streams can be served by the DEGEM Webradio. We will try to provide a non-live stream as soon as possible after the conference.
